Aldwych House

Aldwych House is an iconic London landmark in the City of Westminster. Its imposing 1920’s architecture is beautifully fused with an exquisitely refurbished contemporary interior. With floors available to let, the open spaces were crying out for a statement piece that would leave a lasting impression on the minds of potential clients.

Leading graphic design agency Indent, who were involved in building the brand identity for Aldwych House, commissioned About Signs to produce a set of large scale free standing letters to feature on one of the available floors as part of the dynamic re-generation of this vibrant building.

The Sign Fabrication

The lettering was fabricated from aluminium sheeting, precision cut to shape, welded and hand finished before being powder coated in a variety of punchy colours. Having our own highly skilled fabricators means that everything can be produced in-house giving us complete control over the quality and finish of the end product.

Each oversized letter was weighted from within for additional stability and when they were installed against the surrounding white backdrop, they created a truly striking and memorable feature. Safe to say, the lettering was a great success and the building is now fully let.
